Tom Castaneda (General Manager)

• Education: High School Graduate, AA in certified Welding technologies. Certificated with the state of California as a Swimming Pool Operator, Certified with the County San Bernardino and City of Fontana in Their Crime Free Multi-Housing Program, and was the first to implement it in the City of Fontana. Qualified under the State of California for their PUC gas distribution system for operators of a natural gas system. Also a certified Homeopathic provider for health, and certified DHM, DHi in holistic medicine and with Homeopathic studies at the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy in Santa Monica.
   
• Experience: Experience within the Manufactured housing community and community operations since 1992 with operations and administration in all aspects of community involvement and procedures, experience in working with in contract to County Haz-Mat and US DEA, in collection and remedial cleanups of drug, chemical and toxic drug labs and categorizing of toxic materials for disposal under contract to the above agencies. Certified for the State of California for Haz-Mat confined entry and chemical remediation projects. Has worked with the Local City and it’s civic leaders to make the multi-housing communities more secure by working with local law enforcement and Town Leaders by seminars and educations sponsored by the City of Fontana.

• Education: High School Graduate, Certified with the County San Bernardino and City of Fontana in Their Crime Free Multi-Housing Program, and was the first to implement it in the City of Fontana. Studied under Wayne Topping methods for Applied Kinesiology and also Touch for Health for Emotional and Mental Healing
   
• Experience: Experience within the Manufactured housing community and community operations since 1992 with operations and administration in all aspects of community involvement and procedures, Certified for the City of Fontana Unified School District to work with Children of special needs and resources for furthering their education and abilities to grasp and understand school teachings and projects. Has worked with the Local City and it’s civic leaders to make the multi-housing communities more secure by working with local law enforcement and Town Leaders by seminars and educations sponsored by the City of Fontana.

• Education: High School Graduate Jackson High School Los Angeles, moved to Fontana in 1998 Father of two boys and four girls, moved to Fontana to make a better life and living for his wife and children.
   
• Experience: Class A certified driver and also certified in upholstery, has a love for landscaping and feels now is the time to broaden his horizons by being part of the Management Team at Arrowhead Estates. Ernie is also a handyman and ran his own concrete and block business.
