Creekside Estates Management

The management team is made up of 3 wonderful people. Our General managers are Rhonda & Tony Kamps. They’ve been a property management team for 7 years. They both grew up in the Auburn CA area, and attended school there as well. Tony went on to join the Marines out of high school, while Rhonda chose to work with children. After almost 10 years in the child development field, she chose to go into property management in order to start a family of her own with childhood friend, and now husband, Tony. 

 

The property assistant manager is Guy Hurd. He’s been in the property management/maintenance field for over 10 years. He grew up in the Loomis CA area, and attended Del Oro High School.

 

All 3 park managers are qualified under the state of CA for their PUC gas distribution for operators of a natural gas system. Tony and Guy are both Certified Pool Operators, and all are certified by WMA in Fair Housing and other management related classes.
