Fairway Estates Management Team

Toby Alvis came to Fairway Estates first as the Assistant Manager in 2008. He enjoyed studying History in college and is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf. He has experience in business management previous to Fairway Estates and very much enjoys working to make Fairway Estates a friendly and inviting place for both residents and visitors.

 

Holly Alvis joined Toby as the General Managers at Fairway Estates in March 2009 and has a background in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling. She obtained a BA degree in Psychology and an MA degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at CSU, Sacramento and University of Phoenix, respectively. She has worked with children and adults in the past and is excited to now be helping Fairway Estates to become an even more wonderful place to live. Toby and Holly have two children, whom bring them great joy on a daily basis.

 

Andy Lewellyn began as the Assistant Manager at Fairway Estates in March 2009. He came to Fairway after doing previous work landscaping and caring for another mobile home community. He obtained a BA degree in Political Science with a minor in Business from University of Oregon. He is a very persistent, hard working, and determined individual whom the park’s residents have found to be very sociable and interesting to talk with. Andy enjoys playing and watching sports including the San Francisco Giants, University of Oregon Athletics, snowboarding, rugby and golf.
