• Hometown: Tulsa, Ok. Father of two. (Moved out west in 1998)
• Education: Bachelor’s in Police Science & Business Admin. CPO Certified. Training and certification with the International Crime Free Association. Certification for General Gas Systems Fundamentals. WMA classes.
• Experience: Retired law officer, part of the mounted patrol, recovery dive team and very involved in the DARE program and Boy Scout Program. Head of Security in a high scale hotel & casino in North Lake Tahoe and worked as Manager on duty. General Manager for one of largest companies in Active Retirement Living. Within the same company trained and did extensive marketing and customer relations. Prior to this position with JSM worked as Director for another active retirement community. As a retired law officer worked hard to make the mobile home parks more secure by working with local law enforcement and start up Neighborhood Watch programs.

• Experience: Restaurant Management where won an award for increasing business by 33% in 90 days. Worked as a realtor for which was awarded Rookie of the year in first 6 months and property management which involved many hours in small claims courts for eviction proceedings. Office manager for the #1 vacation rental company in North Lake Tahoe.  General Manager for the largest company in Active Retirement Living and did extensive marketing along with husband John. Prior to this position with JSM worked as marketing director for an active retirement community. Worked closely with mobile home Dealers in the set up of mobile homes as well as helping them in marketing their homes along with advertising and marketing the mobile home park. 
  

• Hometown: Chattanooga, Tenn. (Been in California since 1959)
• Education: High School, Certified for General Gas Systems Fundamentals. With the City of San Bernardino completed a course in Crime-Free Rental Housing, Phase I-Landlord training.
• Experience: Lived in Grand Terrace and worked for the park for 11 years and has family living in the park which he obtained good community relations and is very strong in maintenance. Has worked with the railroad, been a race car mechanic & diesel mechanic. This experience has saved the park a considerable amount of money due to his abilities in plumbing, electrical, mechanical skills and construction. Has extreme knowledge in Pool and spa equipment, replacement and repair work.
