Jackson Square Management is currently seeking an exceptionally professional property management couple to serve as General Managers for a manufactured housing community in a suburb of San Diego CA known as San Ysidro.
 The position carries full management and operations responsibility including staff supervision; property maintenance, monthly and annual financial reporting; budgeting and expense management; tenant, vendor and customer relations; lease and contract negotiation/drafting and administration.
 We are searching for intelligent, teachable candidates who possess strong leadership and communication skills; are able to perform at the highest skill level with minimum supervision and direction; are organized and detail oriented; have computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel; have served a minimum of two years as asset managers or are experienced in a similar position; are vision oriented, goal driven and maintain an entrepreneurial spirit. We prefer that at least one of the team members applying has the ability to communicate effectively in both english and spanish. 
 College degrees or property management certifications are a definitive plus.
