Richard currently sits as the Western Manufactured Housing Community Association (WMA) Los Angeles Chapter President. He serves as a Member of the WMA Political Actions Committee and has previously spoken at the WMA’s annual conventions. Richard served the Citrus Heights Rent Review Commission and Committee as the Park Owners' Representative which was successful in preventing Rent Control in the city of Citrus Heights. He is a Member of the Mobilehome Parks Actions Committee in San Diego. He also represented the Park Owners during the Rent Ordinance review and re-write for the City of West Covina. Richard’s “hands-on” management approach has enabled him to maximize the potential of the properties managed by JSM.

Currently Cheryl is the Vice President of Asset Management Administration for Jackson Square Management. JSM was formed to increase value in the manufactured housing assets owned by Jackson Square Properties. As VP of Administration, Cheryl has organized and implemented the development and structure of the in-house management and helped facilitate it's growth to outside management. Cheryl's background in real estate as an agent, apartment and manufactured housing property manager, and regional manager has proven to be a tremendous asset in her successful oversight of the JSM portfolio.

Suzann Priest has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. She oversees Jackson Square Management's finance functions.
Prior to joining Jackson Square, she was the finance manager of Interstate Equities Corp. where she helped lead the company through a significant restructuring of its operations and capital structure, growing the Institutional property portfolio to $244 million in assets. Prior to this she was a Lead Financial Analyst for E*TRADE Financial and an audit and tax manager for Atherton & Associates.
