One Site Managers

• Larry Ewing has a BA in Psychology. He is a certified Hotel Administrator, a certified Marina Manager and a Certified Swimming Pool Service Technician for L.A. County.
• With Holiday Inns for 25 years and a Dallas District Director for five years. Larry also was a multi-unit manager in Kuwait directly after the war.
• He opened a 400 room hotel in Salt Lake and ran some of the largest marina's in Texas and Florida. He was a general manager for a large resort outside of Las Vegas on Lake Mead for five years.
• Before joining Jackson Square Management, he and Sandy managed an upscale retirement community in Bakersfield.
• Sandy Ewing has an AA Degree.
• For most of her working years she was with the public school system, working with children and helping with a Life Skill class for the mentally & physically challenged.
• She was a secretary to the Head Master at a private school.
• For five years, along with her husband, she managed a 118 unit retirement community.

Assistant Manager

• Kelly Mangum has been here at Lakehills for eleven years.
• He lives on site with his wife and three children.
• His career has involved managing a large R.V. shop for seven years as well as owning his own business working on R.V.'s and modular homes.
• He is skilled in electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance and carpentry.
• He most recently finished our kitchen remodel.
• Charles Winters has lived at Lakehills for the past seven years.
• He has an AA degree in TV production.
• He holds a diploma in household wiring.
• He worked in the movie industry as a carpenter as well as a carpenter's foreman at Knott's Berry Farm.
