Company Experience

• Jackson Square Management was formed in 2004 to provide quality, consistency and growth for Manufactured Housing Communities.  Currently Jackson Square Management oversees eight communities from San Diego county to Sacramento county.  These communities range in size from 108 to 199 spaces and include municipalities that have enacted rent control.  With a strong focus on income growth, expense management and the creation of community through customer service and resident involvement Jackson Square Management has consistently created a proven track record of success.

Rent Control areas

• Jackson Square Management is well versed in the intricacies of managing in rent control markets. Our experience includes fighting to stop the addition of new rent control ordinances that would adversely affect our park owners and park values. 

  With two parks currently in rent control markets Jackson Square Management is trained and prepared to maximize the potential for ownership in these restrictive environments.
