Manager Qualifications

Integrity, morals and character are very important in our staffing decisions. Our goal is to keep all managers motivated, inspired and challenged to continue to grow, learn and improve throughout their careers.

Some of the qualifications held by our managers include:

• Certified Pool Operators
• PUC Gas Utility Qualified
• Participants in local police departments' Crime Free Programs. We develop good relations with local police and work closely with them to provide a safe community.
• Participants in the Western Manufactured-Housing Association. We attend annual WMA MCM classes to stay current on all laws, current issues and industry news.
• Knowledge of local city and/or county officials and activities
• Knowledge of all Mobile Home Residency Laws and Title 25 requirements.
